Manuella Bonomi is a designer, animator and illustrator. She is highly skilled in motion graphics, video journalism, art direction, animation and illustration and has worked in the media industry for several years producing videos that have been viewed by millions across the world on multiple platforms. Manuella is passionate about visual storytelling and is constantly learning and exploring new styles and formats.

She is currently a designer at ViacomCBS as part of the V Creative team working on a variety of animation and design assets for Comedy Central, Channel 5, 5Star, My5, 5USA, 5Select, Paramount Networks.

She had previously worked at BBC as part of the Digital Innovation Hub that sought to explore innovative means of storytelling across multiple BBC platforms. While at BBC, she was also part of a team who worked on the Sex for Grades Documentary which went on to receive Nigeria’s second nomination at the 2020 International Emmy Awards.

In 2015, Manuella was awarded the prestigious Elizabeth Greenshields Foundation Grant while studying in the U.S. She was also featured in a national U.S magazine, Graphic Design USA, as a 2016 ‘Student to Watch’, which identifies promising students from the leading art universities and colleges across the US.

She has lived in Nigeria, Ghana, U.S.A and currently resides in the U.K.
